Welcome to the HOA

Your Tellico Village HomeOwners Association represents you as a home owner. Members of the HOA Board attend all POA Board and advisory committee meetings (see Liaison Assignments), listening and reporting back to you. The HOA also holds quarterly general meetings with programs of interest to Villagers, sponsors special forums to address Village issues, and hosts candidate forums for both county general election candidates and the POA Board candidates.

Make sure you are receiving HOA email messages, which are sent to members who have provided their email address. The messages are sent two or three times a month and contain updates on Village issues and other items of interest to you as a Villager.
