About the HOA

Tellico Village Homes

The HOA was organized on December 14, 1988. At that time, there were approximately 300 Village residents. Since that time, the HOA has continued to expand its role in the Village. With its continued growth to 1,500 households in 2010, the HOA has the following mission:

  • Identifying and communicating issues within the Village and surrounding areas
  • Promoting community awareness and a positive atmosphere
  • Making constructive recommendations to the Property Owners Association
  • Advocating civic involvement within the Village and surrounding areas
  • Helping to assimilate new residents
  • Promoting resident social events and activities

HOA historical records are stored at the Tellico Village Public Library. Records from recent years are also stored online. See the menu at the left for Meeting Minutes and Document Archives.
