Membership as of 05/16/12
The HOA consists of residents of Tellico Village who have become members of the organization upon payment of $10 annual membership dues. To be a full member of the HOA, you must either own your home or have an approved building permit. To be an associate member of the HOA, you must be renting within Tellico Village. (See HOA Bylaws – Article III.)
